After many years of working in cross-cultural business settings, I deeply understand the feeling of being “lost in translation”. When I look back on my experience, what I’ve learned most is that great interpreters and translators are not just fluent language professionals, but also sophisticated cross-cultural communicators, business negotiators, and international business and trade professionals.

• All interpreters and translators are native Chinese, based in China, but hand-picked and managed by my Chinese team who lives in the US, which enables us to provide American level service at Chinese prices.
